Post SCHOLARS' MORAL VALUES AND RIGHT CONDUCT Reply with quote
I moved to a boarding house near a university (I don't want to mention anymore).
I got surprised and excited to know that all my roommates and I are from the same home region.
Unfortunately, one of them is fond of stealing money and food from the others. She stole money from the secret pocket of my bag just beside my bed. Even if that is just a small amount of money, what I am concern about is the attitude. She's not a kleptomaniac like what she's telling us just for her defense mechanism. It's definitely not a sickness stealing not any other things than money and food. And she does that everytime she was not able to be lend money by the landlady.
What really is more surprising about this issue is knowing that the person I am referring to as a thief is a dost scholar. I really was shocked knowing this. And I am just worried as a dost scholar graduate that what if other people knew this matter (others already knew) and also make an impression that the scholars don't have this moral values and integrity. Please do reply...
What do you think? Should that be a ground of scholarship termination?
